Located in the heart of Stuttgart, our property is ideal for business travelers, colleagues, contractors, and small groups who value a central location and the need for separate, private spaces.

🛏️ Three separate bedrooms – sleeps up to 5 guests The accommodation consists of three independently accessible bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 single bed Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, mini-fridge, dining area, Wi-Fi, and storage space for personal belongings. This allows every guest to enjoy their own private retreat—perfect for colleagues or friends traveling together.

🍽️ Kitchen & bathroom – exclusively for your group You have access to a fully equipped kitchen (featuring a two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tableware, and cookware) as well as a bathroom with a shower and two sinks.

**Important note on the layout:** The three bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are separate rooms connected via a shared hallway. Please be aware that this hallway is also used by other people. The kitchen and bathroom are reserved exclusively for your group and are not shared with any other guests. As such, this is not a traditional, self-contained apartment.

🧺 Washing machine & dryer For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the basement.

📍 Central location in Stuttgart The Staatsgalerie (State Gallery) and the Obere Schlossgarten park are within easy walking distance. Stuttgart’s city center is also just about a ten-minute walk away. Ideal for business trips, city breaks, or longer professional stays.

🔑 Flexible Check-in Thanks to a lockbox, you can arrive independently and contactlessly. The accommodation is located on the first floor of an apartment building (no elevator).
